Who is Mennonite Central Committee (MCC)​?

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a worldwide ministry of Anabaptist churches, shares God’s love and compassion for all in the name of Christ by responding to basic human needs and working for peace and justice. MCC envisions communities worldwide in right relationship with God, one another and creation.

General information
Provide us with information about the community so that we can better understand how a Summer Service Worker will benefit the area.
(i.e., how many days per week will participant be involved in programming? Remote or in person?)
MCC will request a copy of the child protection policy. Each org may request support from MCC in developing a child protection policy as needed.
Summer Service participants will work ten weeks over the summer. MCC will sponsor two events this summer. First, Leadership Conference (June 4-8, 2024) which will be held in Denver, Colorado, and second, End of Term Gathering, which will be held in Dallas, TX (dates to be determined). These dates will be considered a paid part of the participant’s Summer Service Program.
