Frequently asked questions

Monthly donors can choose a level of support that suits them. Some choose $20, $50 or $100 a month; you’re free to choose the amount that suits you best! Monthly donations are easy to set up, pause and modify.

There are several ways to set up monthly giving in Canada: 
 

  • Credit card: Set up monthly donations by credit card online
  • Pre-authorized debit: To set up monthly donations to be directly withdrawn from your bank account, download the direct withdrawal form, fill it out and mail it to your local MCC office 
  • Set up your monthly payment over the phone by calling toll-free 1-888-622-6337
  • Meet with your local donor relations staff at one of our MCC offices.

  • Credit card: Set up monthly donations by credit card online
  • Pre-authorized debit: To set up donations to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month, print and fill out this direct withdrawal form and mail it to your local MCC office. 
  • Set up monthly giving over the phone by calling toll free 1-888-563-4676. 
  • Make a donation in person, or meet with your local donor relations staff at one of our MCC offices.

A monthly donation is easy to set up, pause and change as needed. There is no minimum time commitment and you can pause or stop your monthly donations at any time. 

In Canada: After setting up your monthly donation, you’ll receive regular updates on the impact of your monthly donations. You will receive one consolidated receipt at the end of the year.

In the U.S.: If you are not already subscribed, you’ll receive MCC's email newsletter In Touch each month and MCC's magazine A Common Place three times a year to keep you updated on the impact your monthly donations are making. You will receive one consolidated receipt at the end of the year.
