Become a more informed bystander

Active Bystander Training (TAB) helps participants recognize themselves as potential bystanders who can step in when witnessing harmful, isolating or stigmatizing behaviour. It raises awareness about the hesitation to act and encourages proactive responses in the future. The training covers issues like interpersonal violence (e.g., bullying, physical violence, relationship abuse and sexual violence) and signs of loneliness or emotional distress.

On a broader level, this training empowers individuals to address problematic situations, fostering a more caring and supportive community. It inspires personal action and highlights how everyday choices can make a positive difference.

This in-person event is suitable for participants aged 13 and older.

Cost: Pay what you can ($25 recommended).
