Rocky Mountain Mennonite Relief Sale

The Rocky Mountain MCC Relief Sale is an annual sale now in Castle Rock, Colorado, to raise money and support for the relief, development, and peace work of Mennonite Central Committee. It is a joint effort of over 30 Mennonite and Brethren in Christ congregations in Colorado, New Mexico, and West Texas.

We'd love to have you join us! ​ There are five different auctions, a morning 5K run, plenty of great food and Mennonite favorites, as well as booths for pies, quilters, arts, and plants.



5:00 - 7:00 PM - Dinner and some booths are open. General and Quilt Auction items available for viewing.

7:00 - 9:00 PM - Register for the 5K Run for Relief.

7:30 PM - Opening Program in the Auction Building.


7:00 - 9:30 AM - Breakfast: Pancakes and Sausage.

8:00 AM - Booths open.

        Register for the General/Quilt Auctions.

        5K (3.1 mile) Run for Relief

9:30 AM - General Auction begins with the sale of the symbolic loaf of bread.

        Register for the Kids’ Auction for ages 5-15 (with parental assistance).

10:00 AM - Silent Auction (ends at 11:00 AM).

11:00 AM - 1:30 PM - Lunch:

1:00 PM - Auction of specialty items.

1:30 PM - Quilt Auction begins with the singing of ‘Praise God from Whom all Blessings Flow.’ The public is invited to join in.
