The MCC Meat Cannery is a 10,000 square foot facility that operates with the support of thousands of volunteers each year. This stationary facility is designed to double the production of its mobile predecessor, growing from 45,000 pounds of meat annually to an impressive 90,000 pounds. That’s over 50,000 cans of nutritious food heading to our world’s most vulnerable families each year!
We’re thrilled to share that the first cans of meat are expected to roll off the production line soon after our dedication and grand opening ceremony on January 18, 2025. Mark this important milestone with us as we together enter a new era of relief work at MCC.
