Join MCC staff and local citizen scientists for the annual Nature Fest at the MCC Welcoming Place! Open to all with no registration required. 

This free, family-friendly event features:

  • Guided tours of the Welcoming Place campus and native gardens
  • Hands-on nature art activities 
  • A demonstration of the iNaturalist app - learn how to become a citizen scientist in your own backyard! 

This year's theme is The Food Web, featuring a special visit from Raven Ridge Wildlife Center, who will bring live owls and other birds of prey. 

The event will take place rain or shine. An ASL interpreter will be available upon request.
