An Evening with Aleppo Cookies

Aleppo Cookies tells the story of an unexpected dinner shared by fourth-generation Canadians and a newly arrived family from Syria. You will also hear from two women who migrated to Canada at different times and under different circumstances. In hearing both stories, you will find part of the common humanity that ties us all together.

This free event includes a screening of the filmed play version of Aleppo Cookies, a question and answer period, and a dessert reception.
