From overseeing MCC work in North Korea, to spearheading regional peace work in East Asia and Northeast Asia, to leading MCC’s office at the United Nations, Chris Rice will share stories and insights that speak hope to our time of crisis and polarization.

We are delighted to welcome MCC alumnus Chris Rice, an award-winning author and social entrepreneur dedicated to social healing and spiritual renewal. His career spans grassroots work in Mississippi, peacebuilding in East Africa and the Korean Peninsula, and advocacy at the United Nations. Chris’s work is fuelled by the belief that today’s most difficult challenges can become "holy ground" for profound social and spiritual transformation.
