Buckets of Thanks is a way to express your gratitude at thanksgiving by paying it forward with generosity.

Each Bucket of Thanks (also known as a relief kit or relief bucket) is a five-gallon pail that’s filled with essential hygiene items and sent to people and families in need around the world.

Last year, thanks to people like you, MCC shipped 21,401 relief kits to families facing the upheaval of conflict and disaster. For those who received them, each kit meant far more than soap, towels, or toothbrushes. It was a sign of care, a small piece of normal life in the midst of chaos, and a reminder that they had not been forgotten.

This year, our goal is to send 21, 000 kits worldwide. Every kit you help provide carries relief, comfort, and hope across borders. Together, we can meet this goal and continue showing families in crisis that the global community is standing with them. 

Come join us for a family-friendly event where we plan to pack 500 relief kits for those in need all over the world. We also have a goal of raising $20,000 to cover the cost of the kits we will pack.
