Mennonite Central Committee U.S. (MCC U.S.) is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation and is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). MCC is considered an "association of churches" within the meaning of section 170(b)(i)(A)(i) of the IRC and thus is exempt from filing form 990.
