Thanks so much for you interest in working or serving with MCC, we’re excited to hear from you! Whether you’ve got a specific position in mind, or you’re just interested in finding a role at MCC, follow the steps below to get started.
1. Register
There are two different ways to start the application process:
a. Register general interest in working or serving with MCC
If you don’t have a specific position in mind use this online registration form to tell us that you’re interested in serving with MCC.
OR
b. Find a position you’re interested in
Look through our list of open positions and find one that matches your interests and experience. Then fill out the online registration form and upload your cover letter and resume. Make sure you indicate which position you’re interested in.
Note that some programs, including SALT, IVEP, SWAP and YAMEN, have a different application process- follow the process on those pages.
2. Confirmation and follow-up
Once we’ve received your registration you will get a confirmation from MCC. If it looks like you might be a good fit you’ll be asked to complete a full application and we will collect your references.
3. Interviews
After we’ve received your full application, you may be asked to do one or two interviews before a decision is made.
The application process for salaried positions usually takes six to eight weeks. For long-term volunteer positions, the process can last several months, so it’s best to start looking six to nine months before you want to start.
