The YAMENer will serve with Corrymeela to assist staff at the Ballycastle Centre in the practical tasks and responsibilities inherent in welcoming and hosting the groups that visit the centre. S/he will assist with the housekeeping, kitchen, reception, administration, marketing, and maintenance departments, all of which are vital to the functioning of the centre and groups’ residential experience. S/he will also participate in regular on-site staff/volunteer training on areas of peacebuilding and reconciliation.
