The SALT/YAMENer will help to strengthen the planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (PMER) capacity of local partners through developing, organizing, and leading basic computer trainings, supporting partners in meeting MCC’s PMER requirements, and assisting MCC staff in developing various types of capacity development trainings, according to the participant’s skills and interests.
