The Organizational Development and Racial Equity Director will lead MCCs in the US (four regional entities and a national team) in racial equity work through organizational development and change management, toward the goal to reflect the full participation of our diverse constituents in every aspect of our mission, programs, policies and practices. This is a deeply spiritual role recognizing that there are forces that are not easy to see or confront. This role will inspire, mobilize and coordinate practical and professional equipping to remove barriers and move MCCs in the US forward to more fully reflect God's desire for God's people. This role will be housed in the MCC US Executive Office and the individual will be a member of the MCC US Management Team and engage with the MCC US regional directors. A percentage of this position’s time and resources would help to resource MCC U.S.’ Human Resources, Communications, Donor Relations, and Program teams, and improve communication and collaboration among MCC U.S. and regional teams and networks. This role will collaborate with the MCC Canada & MCCs International Program and the Planning, Learning and Disaster Response department in their efforts at racial equity.
Base pay quoted is for MCC office locations not receiving additional pay as geographic differential. If the role is located in an area qualifying for MCCs geographic differential, the pay will include such differential.
