The SALT/YAMENer will assist Continuing Learning Organization (CLO) to support bible school graduates and Christian leaders, develop a post-colonial contextual Christian theology, strengthen the local Cambodian Church, and conduct inter-faith and intra-faith dialogues.

The SALT/YAMENer will assist Good News Hours (GNH) on variety of tasks including writing and editing newsletters and bulletins, video production, animation, establishing and managing social media platforms.

The SALT/YAMENer will assist Emergency Preparedness and Response Team (EPRT) with report writing, documentation, and grant proposals for their peace activities. The participant will also assist with similar duties assigned by Social Justice and Human Development for Peace Initiative (JDPC).

The YAMEN/SALTer will assist both the Friends Peace House (FPH) and The Transformational Leadership Center (TLC) by providing organizational support and capacity building. FPH is currently implementing projects related to livelihood support, savings and loans, and vocational education.

The SALT/YAMENer will assist the Federation of Evangelical Churches and Missions (FEME) with maintenance of its computers, computer tools, and software. They will participate in the establishment of a database in line with the objectives and mission of FEME through periodic data collection.

The SALT/YAMENer will work with Ethics, Peace and Justice (EPJ), a department of the Coalition of Evangelical Churches and Missions in Chad (EEMET). EPJ addresses issues of social justice, educates its constituency in peace-building and advocates on its behalf to the authorities.
