Digital Solutions Architect

The Digital Solutions Architect is responsible to provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for MCC’s suite of digital workplace and collaboration solutions. This role engages with stakeholders throughout MCC to promote adoption of these solutions, evaluate needs, and develop best practices, governance, and processes to maximize collaboration and productivity.

This position requires excellent analytical skills to understand the needs of the organization and develop digital workplace solutions to help MCC better achieve its mission. Good communication, teamwork, and intrapersonal skills are essential to operate collaboratively within the MCC IT team and engage with MCC leadership and staff at all levels.
