The Climate Solutions Coordinator will advise local community development partners on project planning, design, and implementation related to sustainable climate solutions. Local partners already have strong community development expertise, this position is focused on supporting them to strengthen existing climate solutions, introduce new implementations using evidence based practices, and bring successful climate solutions to scale. The service worker will travel frequently to partner offices and project sites in rural Prey Veng province and remote in Kratie province. Their primary working location is flexible with the national office in Phnom Penh, field office in Prey Veng town, and an individual office in Kratie town being options. The service worker will also participate in networking related to climate change, conduct project environmental assessments, and support the advocacy and external grants teams on climate change related initiatives.
