Two of MCC Kenya’s largest partners work in both agriculture and WASH sectors. This service worker assignment serves as an advisor and liaison between MCC Kenya and these partners’ leadership staff. The partners’ water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) work includes water harvesting and storage, with implications for both public health and agriculture. The agriculture and livelihoods work is focused primarily on conservation agriculture (CA) as part of a multi-country, multi-year CA consortium project. The advisor will explore greater collaboration between MCC partners, seek new ways of improving partners’ work, and will support monitoring and evaluation efforts of MCC partners’ work. This position is supervised by the MCC Representatives for Kenya.
