The Refugee Program Administrative Assistant is responsible for general office administration related to refugee sponsorship projects and for administrative assistance to the Refugee Program Coordinator.
This hourly position (up to 18.75 hours per week) will provide the administrative support for the Refugee Sponsorship program in the St. Catharines MCCO office. This office currently includes the Refugee Program Coordinator, Manager of Event Planning and Community Engagement and the Niagara Regional Representative. This position also provides administrative assistance to the Refugee Sponsorship Associate who works out of the Kitchener office and provides back-up reception duties in MCC’s St Catharine’s office. This position is paid hourly.
