Tuesday, April 10, 2018 - 6:00pm to 8:30pm

As a young adult interested in the work of Mennonite Central Committee, you are warmly invited to join us for an MCC Young Adult Gathering at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, at Anna's Bread, 212 W Washington St #2, in Goshen.

Special guest speakers will be Doug Hostetter, current director of the MCC United Nations Office, and Thien Tran, Vietnamese intern in the MCC U.N. office. In light of the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, Doug will share from his first-hand experiences as a conscientious objector with MCC and his subsequent work. Thien will also share about growing up after the war and the legacy it left behind.

We will have finger foods and drinks* during an informal gathering time from 6-7 p.m. followed by an informative evening of conversation and connection with Doug and Thien.

If you know other MCC supporters in your area who haven’t received a formal invitation, please invite them and bring them along!

Contact Brooke Strayer, Young Adult Coordinator, at 717-422-4520 or BrookeStrayer@mcc.org.
