Join Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) as we discuss the pipeline to prison process through participation in “Do not pass go,” an interactive learning tool developed by MCC. This game provides participants insight into the many flaws in the U.S. criminal justice system that lead to a system of mass incarceration.
Come and learn how to become a restorative justice advocate in areas of injustice and racial disparities in the criminal justice system.
The event will include Q&A time, poetry and light refreshments.
Please note, the event on Friday is geared towards youth and young adults aged 18-30 and the Saturday event is geared towards church and community leaders.
