Do you love visiting thrift shops and bicycling? Why not do both with MCC East Coast this summer in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania?
Bring your bicycle and celebrate 50 years of MCC Thrift with the "Tour de Thrift" bike ride series on July 23 and 30! Both are group rides. The ride series will inspire participants to shop, donate and volunteer with MCC Thrift and raise funds for MCC's ministries in global relief, development and peace.
We are hoping to collectively raise $10,000 towards MCC's work "where needed most." Funds raised from these two rides will support the breadth of MCC's work - meeting urgent needs and helping to build peace and new opportunities in communities around the world.
We're excited to share that an anonymous donor will match the first $5,000 of funds raised, dollar for dollar, to stretch us beyond our goal of $10,000!
Choose your adventure and register today, as spaces are limited. Both rides begin at the MCC East Coast Material Resources Center (MRC), are no-drop and will include water, snacks and MCC storytelling about the 50-year history and impact of MCC Thrift. Participants who register will be entered to win a $25 gift card to the MCC Thrift shop of their choice!
