General information

Provide us with information about the community so that we can better understand how a Summer Service Worker will benefit the area.

Strategy

To help the Summer Service Worker learn leadership skills, we would like supervisors to create a Learning Strategy that they can keep on hand to track goal progress and growth during the Summer Service assignment.

Support

A three-person Advisory Team needs to be created for the Summer Service Worker. Suggestions for Advisory Team are the supervisor, pastor, and church or community member. Members in this group will meet with the Summer Service Worker throughout the term to hear challenges, growth areas, and provide support for leadership development.

If your church/organization is unable to provide your portion of financial compensation, please contact MCC.
