Isom Location Coordinators
We are Marvin and Jaime Zazvorka-Trapnell,serving together here in Kentucky. We thoroughly enjoyed our first summer with SWAP last year and look forward to some returning groups already. We moved out from Grass Valley, California where we were involved in Christian Encounter Ministries. We felt God had something else for us and found ourselves in the deep hills of Appalachia. We live in Whitesburg, Ky year round and are involved in various ministries during the off-season. Marvin volunteers for a non-profit organization called HOMES Inc. building new houses for low income families, as well as remodeling others. He very much enjoys getting to work with local men and has learned a tremendous amount from them. Jaime is involved in tutoring adults in their homes, as well as volunteering at ECCO in Eolia, where another one of our SWAP locations is located. We are very much enjoying being apart of the lives of folks here and are thankful for their acceptance. We are greatly supported by our friends and family back home and all over the country. We couldn't be here without their prayers and support."
