MCC in Mozambique

MCC works in Mozambique in agriculture, water, health and HIV/AIDS care, education, income generation and leadership training. It responds to droughts, emergency food needs and floods through the Christian Council of Mozambique as needed.

MCC works in partnership with churches on community development projects, focusing its efforts on the central provinces of Sofala and Manica.

In Beira and Chimoio, MCC supports ecumenical associations of church members in caring for people affected by HIV/AIDS.
