Remember the Poorest was formed in 2006 to minister to street children, orphans and vulnerable young people in Nazret, about 100 km southeast of Addis Ababa. Global Family supports its kindergarten, which makes preschool education available to over 250 children with a dedicated staff of teachers and assistants. It is the only free preschool in the city. Children are selected by the local kebele (neighbourhood association) in conjunction with the school. Children of all faiths are welcomed.
