Costs for the Immigration Law Training
($100 late fee added after March 21, 2016)

Participants are responsible for acquiring their own training materials. The following materials are required for the training:
Guide for Immigration Advocates, 19th ed. (comes in two volumes or pdf download) Student price - $215.00 (only available by using a special coupon code provided in your registration email.) http://www.ilrc.org/publications/a-guide-for-immigration-advocates
Participants must have access to current immigration laws and regulations during the training. Participants can either bring a laptop with them in order to access these resources online, or by purchasing the following resource:
Federal Immigration Laws and Regulations, 2014 ed. List Price - $368.00, Discounted price - $295.00
Lodging is available at the Welcoming Place, a conference and meeting center at MCC. The Welcoming Place consists of four houses, each with 11 rooms. Hotel style rooms boast a private bath for each room and a common living area. Costs are per person, per night.
Double Occupancy - $210 U.S. (6 nights @$35 per night)
Single Occupancy (limited) - $270 U.S. (6 nights @ $45 per night)

MCC Vehicles can assist with transport to and from The Harrisburg International Airport and The Philadelphia Airport at designated times (flights must arrive between 6:00pm and 9:00pm on Sunday, April 10, 2016, and depart between 8:00am and 11:00am on Saturday, April 16, 2016). If your flight does not fall between these times, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport. Cost includes trip from and to the respective airport.
