annual meetingMark Adams to lead immigration discussion

May 9, 2008

Immigration and border concerns are a hot topic right now in our local communities and our nation as whole. How do our communities respond to these issues?

On Friday, May 9, Mark Adams will speak on issues of immigration on the border, in our communities and in our churches. The discussion, sponsored by Mennonite Central Committee, will take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Newcomer Center 17 on the campus of Goshen College.

Adams is the coordinator of Frontera de Cristo, a border ministry of the Presbyterian church. All are welcome to participate in this time of engaging conversation and discussion.

Adams will be in Goshen with Brian Mclaren's Everything Must Change Tour, taking place May 9-10 (see goshen.edu for more information).
