This position will work with Hogar de Esperanza y Paz A.C. (HEPAC), in the border town of Nogales, Sonora, with the United States, in accompanying the work of community development, capacity building, learning tours, and migration. The work will facilitate cooperation to strengthen the organizational capacity of HEPAC, and support the planning, monitoring, and evaluation (PME) system of MCC. This position involves dynamic work with lots of contact in the local community, organization collectives, and learning tour groups from other countries. The worker will be supervised by the MCC Mexico Northern Program Coordinator.
