This new MCC-funded bus, a creation of MCC partner organization Pax Christi, will transport children in afterschool programs in Cite Soleil, the most impoverished part of Port-au-Prince, to events throughout Haiti's capital city. Each year since 1946, MCC has sent out a mobile meat canner, which MCC workers and volunteers use to preserve hundreds of thousands of cans of meat for communities in need across the globe.

At the home of Margarita Roblero, 24 in the village of Las Maravillas, the family is able to grow vegetables year round with a drip irrigation system that was made possible by MCC.

The MCC Representative (Rep) oversees all aspects of the MCC Tanzania (MCCT) program including field programming and supervision of local staff and expatriate workers.

In the village of Angkearhdei, Cambodia, MCC supports the Angkearhdei Primary School through its Global Family education sponsorship program. Students at the school work on math problems at a chalkboard. Some of the ways MCC supports the school include funding for books and teaching materials, a daily breakfast program, latrines and scholarships. Rice farming is one of the main sources of income and a primary way that people make a living in the village.
