MCC in Chad

Africa

MCC supports agricultural development in Chad through an Evangelical Christian partner organization, Coalition for Education Activities in Economic, Social and Cultural Development (CAEDESCE).

MCC supports workshops on conflict resolution between northern and southern Chadians through a partner organization, Evangelical Church Department of Ethics, Peace and Justice (EPJ). MCC also supports work by EPJ to care for children orphaned by AIDS.

MCC supports public education about HIV/AIDS prevention through a partner organization, Center for Family Life Education (CEVIFA)

With Global Family sponsorships, MCC funds medical care and provides school fees for orphaned or fatherless children through AJOSMO, a Chadian women's organization.
